Matt spent his childhood in Southeast Asia, living in Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Penang before returning to his passport country, the United States, at the age of 17. After initially working as an ICU nurse, he switched careers in 2014 to work in private practice counseling.

Matt likes to focus his practice more on people than on problems, and enjoys helping adults pursue lasting growth and characterological change. He is passionate about navigating with his clients the barriers they experience to achieving their goals in relationships, career, and inner life.

Liz grew up in the United States in Pittsburgh, PA, and has spent more than a decade living overseas in mainland China and Hong Kong. She has experience working as an RN at a psychiatric residential treatment center, and has maintained a private practice as a counselor since 2013.

Liz works with adolescents and adults to help them work through PTSD, complex trauma, depression, burnout, and anxiety. She also has a special interest in the mind-body connection, and enjoys helping clients who experience physical symptoms alongside a mental health struggle.
